Rytech is proud to announce the all-around 2019 winner of Rytech’s Ryte Tech Award given to that technician displaying the most consistent overall approach to the details of absolute customer satisfaction. His name is Tyler McNeil with Rytech of Metro Atlanta.
Tyler distinguished himself in two ways: first, by winning the monthly award five times in a row and, second; by consistently distinguishing himself as a dedicated customer satisfaction specialist before and after his five monthly “wins”.
The Ryte Tech award itself is based on a specific set of criteria, including: the greatest number of “Fantastic Customer Surveys”, displaying the necessary clean cuts to drywall and other surroundings, posting pictures of a “shiny” new Rytech van, tightly sealed containment area’s to prevent moisture from spreading, yard signs at job sites, training courses at Rytech U, and much more–all the things that matter when performing the important work of water and mold remediation.
For Tyler his Rytech experience has been a godsend of sorts, having worked road construction prior to coming aboard five years ago, December 22, 2014. Previously deployed mostly in “Traffic Control”, he now sees Rytech not only as a job, but… as a chance at something long-term, financially competitive and upwardly mobile.
After coming to Metro Atlanta he caught on quickly, taking his job seriously—not only the onsite remediation tasks but, the customer relations end of things to which his Ryte Tech awards are testamentary.
Always craving a challenge he recalls one job that was particularly daunting. A sewage loss with glued-down, engineered flooring, beneath three layers of under-laminate and even more glued-down engineered flooring after that. Whew! Many would’ve “hired it out” but, not Tyler. He took it on with determination and grit much to the satisfaction of the customer who left rave reviews, some of which contributed to this well-deserved award.
Like most Team Rytech members Tyler isn’t just a winner at work but, as the pictures below prove, he’s a winner in all walks of life–particularly in the raising of three beautiful little girls, including one set of twins.
Congratulations, Tyler McNeil on all of your “wins.”
